Accounting & Business Management
As laws change there are often times when a revenue stream, product, or service is no longer profitable or applicable based on updated law. A business owner needs to be prepared to pivot in a direction that will support sustainability and strategic growth and stay relevant to his/her client base.
The best way for a business to insulate itself from events that could potentially eliminate a product/service line is to maintain a plan for strategic growth and partnerships. The process of forming alliances and building product/service diversification is inherently dynamic and requires a strong management team. Engaging a business client to become actively involved in planning, RCM, and HR management is the road map to sustainability.
As a business owner, ask yourself these questions: Does my business offer more than one product or service? Is my business aligned with partners offering synergistic services that when combined with mine create a value larger than the sum total of the parts? How can I build these relationships? Is there adequate working capital to acquire new business and/or new products/services? There are many different paths to the same destination. Find your path and build with us.
